You need to be able to accurately predict your costs, revenue streams, and profits over time while still providing value for customers at each stage of their journey with your product or service. Additionally, it’s important to consider different pricing models such as subscription-based plans or one-time payments depending on what makes sense for the customer and the company financially. 

Building a successful B2B SaaS company requires an understanding of the target market and its needs, identifying an underserved niche within that market, creating a product or service that solves those needs, developing an effective business model & pricing structure, and delivering superior customer service from day one.
